Our refreshment and lunch offering has been designed by our head chef to cater for a wide and diverse range of palates. Using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, you can be sure he and his experienced team will deliver a taste sensation befitting your delegates.

With the option of a light bite lunch to an express three course restaurant lunch, you and your delegates will be re-focussed for the afternoon ahead. And for those who need to power through the day, there is always the option of refreshments or a working lunch being served within your meeting room. All of the menus can be tailored to suit personal preferences as well as dietary requirements.

Clayton Hotel Leeds boasts 9 multi-functioning meeting rooms with a variety of layout options available. All of which are located on the ground floor level allowing unrestricted access for all delegates:

Meeting Room 1, 2 and 8

Three well appointed boardrooms that can accommodate a maximum capacity of 10 delegates.

Meeting Room 3 & 5

For those with a slightly larger boardroom requirement, these two meeting rooms are ideal for accommodating up to 16 delegates.

Meeting Room 4, 6 & 7 

These three meeting rooms benefit from an interchangeable layout. Suitable for up to 24 delegates in a u-shape layout, 30 delegates in a boardroom layout, 35 delegates in a cabaret layout, 40 delegates in a classroom or banqueting style and up to 70 delegates in a theatre layout.
